Learn and Master Guitar Now – Quitting is not an Option

I was just just thinking about a friend that had always wanted to learn to play the guitar. Well, he always said he wanted to learn to play the guitar. Many times our actions don't our actions don't back up our words.learn-and0master-guitar-image

Anyway, my friend actually bought a guitar, and, at times, occasionally, would "practice." His practice sessions consisted of - trying to play a few chords, getting mad, throwing his guitar down and quitting. Now, I don't think it takes a brilliant mind to figure out this isn't going to get you very far. The bad thing about this whole scenario is, my friend would always talk about how he tried to learn the guitar, but he just couldn't do it - 'his fingers wouldn't move like that.' Yea, right.

My point here is this. Anyone, almost everyone on the planet can learn to play the guitar, at least to some extent. You probably won't be the next Stevie Ray Vaughn, Andres Segovia or Jimmy Page, but you can learn, you can progress and get batter. However, if you quit before you even start, you won't learn, you won't progress.

If you are like my friend and give up before you even try, that's fine. You're the one that has to live with it. Just don't talk about how you couldn't do, how 'your fingers wouldn't move that way.'

Give yourself a chance and you'll be surprised, no, stunned at what you can accomplish. Don't rush things, you won't be great (even good) overnight, or even in a month, but don't give up. Give yourself at least 30 minutes a day. That doesn't mean 10 minutes of getting ready to practice, 10 minutes of practicing, and then 10 more minutes of putting your guitar away. Actually commitment yourself to 30 every single day, and you'll be amazed at what you can achieve.

Oh, there will be times when things happen, when you just can't practice for whatever reason, that's ok. Just don't let it become day after day. If you miss a day, just get back into the swing of things the day after.

Oh, if you are like my friend and quit over and over and over, it's even worse that just giving up once before you even try. You'll telling yourself repeatedly, "I'm a failure." Don't you at least deserve a chance ?

If you're wanting the best option to learn the guitar. Try the Learn and Master Guitar home study course. It will take you from beginner or intermediate levels of playing, up to the advanced level. It's a wealth of information. It may seem a bit pricey, but compared to private guitar lessons it's extremely cost effective. For the price of just (maybe) a dozen or so private guitar lessons, you can own the whole Learn and Master Guitar DVD/CD/Written Material/Internet course. A real bargain. Plus the instructor is Steve Krenz. Steve is not only a fantastic guitarist, he's an incredible instructor. The Learn and Master Guitar course didn't win all of the awards it has by being just ok. It's the absolute best guitar home study course out there, period. People learn better and faster using video, that's a proven fact. When you also have writter material and the website to supplement that training, you have the best training available.
